We're a small business and accept returns within one week of purchase. All returns must include the original receipt and are exchange only - we do not offer refunds.
Items purchased as Christmas gifts will be accepted for exchange only but must be returned prior to January 7 of the following year.
Seasonal-themed items are not returnable. This includes Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Halloween as well as spring, summer, autumn and winter specific merchandise (items with pumpkins, hearts, Santa, snowmen, etc)
Please email us at [email protected] with the word “Return” in the subject line. We will respond with instructions as to how to return merchandise. Please note, we do not pay the shipping cost for the return.
We do our best to ship goods within five business days of receiving your order. However due to vacations, holidays and the store closure on Sunday and Monday, ship dates could be as long as seven days from your order date.
We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier, but will occasionally use UPS or FedEx if the rates are better.
Shipping costs are available to view before final check out and are based on the size and weight of the item purchased.
We ship only to the USA.
